This is not the Tryout application. This form is for those seeking a personal pre-tryout evaluation in order to make the team before the Tryout date (this is explained in the Recruit's Guide). This form will not be accepted as a Tryout application.

You should fill out this form only if

1) You are a high school senior or older.

2) You intend to attend APSU if you make the cheerleading squad.

3) You have a minimum of a standing tuck and a round-off backhandpring back tuck on blue floor or hardwood. (If you do not possess or require a light spot for either of these skills, you should attend our Open Tryouts, not go through Pre-Tryout Evaluation).

After submitting this form, you are welcome to contact the coach via email. However, we will contact you and offer you the chance to ask questions, etc. Once this form is submitted, if you meet the requirements, the coach will contact you and offer to arrange for an in-person visit during a game or practice.

Enter numbers only, e.g. 130 for 130 pounds
